Technical Support provides support and training services to end-users and our partners, helping them to understand how to use the Medly products for the maximum benefit for their organizations. Most support services are provided through digital interactions such as email, web chat, and screen caps, with occasional remote access sessions and telephone support services as well.

Software Development is responsible for creating and maintaining the Medly products and working with the support team in the resolution of technical issues. Software developers participate in the planning for ongoing development of our products, and the custom internal solutions that support our operation.
Experience in .NET development technologies and tools, including ASP.NET
Organized and accurate approach to standards-based peer-reviewed techniques
Relevant experience in data-driven financial management systems development

Experience with ANSI and HL7 communications systems and standards
Digital Media manages and maintains our online presence including the Medly Solutions web site, technical support system, and social media sites. They are responsible for updates to the web site and routine posts to our social media pages as well as email communications to our partners and customers. Digital Media is also responsible for maintaining our learning management system for both partners and end users.

Channel Management is responsible for the growth and support of our reseller partner channel. Channel Management identifies, qualifies, and enrolls new partners, plus they are responsible for assisting the partners with their sales efforts, resolving operational issues, and helping partners maintain their required levels of staff training, marketing effort and support competency.
